Taylor & Francis and the Austrian Academic Library Consortium (KEMÖ) have concluded a Read and Publish agreement for the period from January 2024 to December 2027, enabling corresponding authors affiliated with the institutions listed below to publish Open Access in Hybrid OA journals, Gold OA journals and on several Open Access Publishing Platforms at no additional charge.
Please note that further funding guidelines for Open Access publishing may be applicable at your institution. For more details about publishing options and this agreement, please contact your library or Scholarly Communication Office at your institution. Participating institutions of this agreement are listed below.

See the list of eligible journals here (.XLSX) / (.PDF). In addition, it is possible to publish on the following open access platforms without additional fees: F1000Research, Routledge Open Research and MedEdPublish.

Who is eligible?
Authors affiliated with a participating member institution in the role of 'submitting corresponding author' of the article at the time of acceptance. Taylor & Francis identifies eligible authors manually through the publisher's Research Dashboard and after authors indicated their affiliation and/or institutional email address.

Open Select Journals and Open Journals: „All core, peer-reviewed original research articles types.“

What license options are available?
Available license options for authors, such as CC BY as default option in the workflow, CC BY-NC, and CC BY-NC-ND, depend on the individual journal guidelines.
When do authors have to be affiliated with a participating member institution to be eligible for funding?
Authors must be affiliated with a participating member institution on the acceptance date.
What costs are covered by the agreement?
Article Processing Charges (APCs) are fully covered by the agreement.
Note: Additional page charges and/or color charges may be incurred.
