The Nomos Publishing Group and the Austrian Academic Library Consortium (KEMÖ) have entered into an agreement for the year 2026, enabling corresponding authors affiliated with the participating institutions to publish Open Access in the publisher's Gold and S2O journals with a 20% discount.

Who is eligible?
Authors affiliated with a participating member institution. That includes all faculty members, teachers, and students.
Which article types are eligible?
Any article type is eligible.
When do authors have to be affiliated with a participating member institution to be eligible for funding?
Authors must be affiliated with a participating member institution on the date of submission, acceptance or publication.
What costs are covered by the agreement?
Article Processing Charges (APCs) are discounted by 20 %.
